About B&B

Woodlands Beach House, designed by renowned architect Ann Gee, has been built to capture the spectacular ocean views. Guests can swim in the creek estuary opposite or take a short stroll to the surf beach or lookout (where whales are often sighted). Sawtell’s popular restaurant strip is a 5-minute walk away. The bed and breakfast has been operating since December 2000 and Judy and Ron enjoy welcoming guests from various places, far and near. A full breakfast with many choices is served on the front balcony overlooking the ocean.

About Rooms

The two rooms are located in a private wing and have separate entrances, ensuring maximum privacy. Rooms are equipped with queen sized beds, ensuites, reverse cycle air conditioners, hairdryers, toiletries, irons and boards, bathrobes, bar fridges, TVs, videos, tea making facilities and complimentary port, fruit and chocolates.
The Ocean View Room has a private deck overlooking the ocean.
The Green Room has a small sunroom and outdoor courtyard.

Local Attractions

Sawtell is an unspoilt seaside village only 8 km south of Coffs Harbour. It has a patrolled surf beach, golf course, tennis courts, croquet court and bowling club. The main street, with its central garden of shady fig trees, contains a large variety of award winning restaurants and boutique shops. Sawtell has its own railway station and is only 5 km from Coffs Harbour Airport. Transfers can be arranged.

Location/Directions

Northern Approach: Leave Pacific Highway at Sawtell turnoff and follow Sawtell Road. At the end of the shopping centre turn left into Boronia St and travel towards the lookout.
Southern Approach: Exit Pacific Highway left at the Sawtell turnoff, cross the overpass and follow Lyons Road. Before entering the shopping centre, turn right into Boronia St.
